Why is it called the Fish and Bowl?
Note
the shape of a inverted bowl interlocked with the shape of a
fish. The parcels are separately owned. The Bowl's triangular southern most corner is where the 4-unit apartment building is slated to go. The Bowls' upper northern part is where the larger 20-unit project if approved will go. The remaining Fish parcels along Hwy 1 are zoned for lower density and not yet slated for development.
