                            Note the shape of an inverted bowl interlocked with the shape of a fish. The parcels are separately owned.
                            The Bowl's triangular southern most corner is where the 4-unit apartment building is slated to go.
                            The Bowl's upper northern part is where the larger 20-unit project will go if approved. The remaining
                             Fish parcels along Hwy1 are zoned for lower density and not yet slated for development.
